This published AMDD is <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">not the final version<\/span><\/strong>, and there may be changes depending on feedback received from you and other interested parties.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;\">We would like to invite you to provide your feedback on AMDD using this form and send it to\u00a0<a href=\"mailto:HSA_MD_Query@hsa.gov.sg\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">HSA_MD_Query@hsa.gov.sg<\/span><\/a>\u00a0by\u00a0<strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">31 August 2012<\/span><\/strong>.
